What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
Every site says it, but we actually do ship items with the utmost care and consideration in mind. We have been in the collectible and memorabilia business for years and know how to safely ship valuable posters and items of a collectible nature. All shipments are insured and in the event your item(s) are damaged by the postal carrier, we will file a claim with the original shipping company (usually Canada Post). This will require the items to be sent to courier who will review the damaged shipment and destroy the items upon issuing a refund in the event their investigation deems they're responsible for the damaged shipment. This process can take several weeks to complete. Rest assured we do ship items the same way we would want items to be sent to us and have never had an issue in the fifteen years we've been shipping items all over the world.
