UFC Presents Aldo vs Faber

As Jose Aldo gets set to defend his title against Manny Gamburyan at WEC 51 and Urijah Faber prepares to make his expected Bantamweight debut at WEC 52, it’s time to take a trip back to April 24, 2010 when the two men battled it out in a five round bout for the WEC Featherweight Championship at ARCO Arena in Sacramento. Marking the first time a full card of WEC fighters took the stage in a pay-per-view event, Aldo vs. Faber featured loads of exciting back and forth wars with some of the top Lightweight, Bantamweight and Featherweight fighters in the world.

Capped off with the highly anticpated title match between hometown hero Urijah Faber and Brazilian striker Jose Aldo, the stacked card also featured a Lightweight Championship match between Ben Henderson and Donald Cerrone, plus the potential “Fight of the Year” barn-burner between Leonard Garcia and “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung.
